Payments and Cancellations
* All suite bookings will be reserved right away with no fees or deposits required. Credit card info will be placed on file. You may pay with etransfer, cash, Visa, or Mastercard.
* A no fee cancellation/modification will be accepted up until 7 days prior to date of arrival.
* A fee of 50% of your stay will be charged for cancellation if less than 6 days prior to date of arrival.
* Full payment of booking is required for cancellation within 2 days of check in time and for no shows. Payment for 1 night is also required for early departure that is after the regular checkout time of 11AM, unless prior approval by management has been given.
* There is absolutely No Smoking in our suites. Ashtrays have been provided outside. Please respect the grounds and remember that we are pet friendly so this also helps keep our furry friends safe. Guests will be charged a cleaning fee should smoking occur inside.
Check In/Check Out
* Check In: 3:30 PM & Check Out: 11 AM
Note: Early check in and late check out may be available. Please contact us to enquire if this is possible for your stay. Late check out fees may apply.
* Well behaved pets may be permitted with a $25 fee. Please discuss.
* In order to respect the enjoyment of all guests, 11PM - 7AM is considered quiet time. * Parties and events are not permitted.
* Upon checkout, please bag all garbage and place in garbage boxes outside. Leave the kitchen clean, including dishes.* Please place recyclables in the blue bin or clear bags provided and leave by the counter in the suite.
* Should property damages occur during the stay, guests will be responsible to cover the associated costs.
