Payments and Cancellations
* All suite bookings will be held with a credit card. No deposit will be processed upon booking.
* A no fee cancellation/modification will be accepted up until 3 days prior to date of arrival.
* A 25% fee will be charged for cancellation/modification if less than 48 hours of date of arrival.
* A 50% fee will be charged if cancellation/modification is within 24 hours of the date of arrival.
* There is absolutely No Smoking in our suites. Ashtrays have been provided outside. Please respect the grounds and remember that we are pet friendly so this also helps keep our furry friends safe. Guests will be charged a cleaning fee should smoking occur inside.
Check In/Check Out
* Check In: 3:30 PM & Check Out: 11 AM
Note: Early check in and late check out may be available. Please contact us to enquire if this is possible for your stay. Late check out fees may apply.
* Well behaved pets may be permitted with a $25 fee. Please discuss.
* In order to respect the enjoyment of all guests, 11PM - 7AM is considered a quieter time. * Parties and events are not permitted.
* Upon checkout, please bag all garbage and leave the kitchen clean, including dishes.* Please place recycleables in the blue bin provided.
Damages/Theft* Should property damages occur during the stay, guests will be responsible to cover the associated costs.
